Michael has served as president for Meeting Professionals International – New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia International Special Events Society, and has been an advisor to Sheraton Hotels Corporation, Ceasars Casino Resort, Rutgers University, International Conference Resorts and the State of New Jersey, Division of Travel and Tourism. He also instructs meeting and event courses at universities, colleges and association meetings. Young has been published in many meeting, event and trade magazines and newspapers. |

Stieve - Director of Business DevelopmentEllen comes to Activit!es with 20 years of sales and marketing experience. Her roots in the special event industry come from over 20 years of experience as a professional photographer. With a "focus" on social and corporate event photojournalism, Ellen has a keen eye for capturing the "feeling" of an event. Ellen also has served in several management roles with regards to banquet and hospitality venues in New Jersey. This background coupled with her "can do" attitude is a real asset to the team. Ellen is an active member of PAMPI, NJSAE, PCVB and the ACCVA. |

| Janice Hidalgo - CMP, Director
of Planning Janice Hidalgo is a certified meeting professional with over 17 years experience. She assists our clients with the design, development and planning of meetings, special events and media production. Janice has written three training publications on the fundamentals of meeting planning. She was a selected speaker for Meetings & Conventions Magazine and Dolce International Hotels training program for first time meeting planners. Mrs. Hidalgo previously sat on the Board of Directors for the NJ Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and was active in the chapter's fundraising efforts. Janice specializes in medical meetings and is involved with many other types of meeting and events including incentives, international, national and regional sales and training meetings and large special events. She has planned and produced meetings and events worldwide and has worked for numerous top pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Activit!es,
Janice was the manager of meeting planning services for Pracon, a division
of Excerpta Medica, a medical education company. Mrs. Hidalgo also served
as a group and tour advisory specialist for American Airlines and has
successfully opened and managed two travel agencies. |

 Meet
Joni Donnell - Senior AdministratorJoni Donnell is the Senior Administrator for Activit!es. Her responsibility is to manage staff and provide administrative support of the day to day operations of the companies. She also designs and maintains all databases and is the information systems manager. Joni came to Activit!es in 1998 as a receptionist and worked her way through the ranks to earn the position she currently holds. Learning from the ground up gives her the advantage of knowing the policies, processes and procedures within all operating departments of the company. |
