Exceptional Partnering

At the core of great teams is exceptional partnering. Exceptional Partnering^™ improves collaboration between and among co-workers. Attendees explore the value of creating joint partnerships and are given an opportunity to practice those skills.

How It Works
Participants run a pill manufacturing company for one week – each day lasting 15 minutes with time for reflection. Equipped with the necessary materials, the "workers" are presented with standard operating procedures along with a production goal. The challenge is getting the job done while meeting stringent factory specifications.

Exceptional Partnering is a laboratory for learning. The session is playful and full of impact.

Boards at Work

Is everyone "on board" with the board's direction? Are people working well together? Does everyone have clearly defined roles and action steps? Tap into the power of a well-choreographed board retreat and you'll not only have fun – you'll bring out the best in your board members.

Survivor Adventure

Equipped with a few jungle essentials, your "tribe" sets off on an adventure – a series of initiatives that will test your tribe's ability to work together to meet the challenges of the jungle. Each challenge will test the savvy of your team, drawing upon the various strengths of each tribal member.

After a few challenges, tribes begin to see how working together better ensures their longevity. Departmental 'silos' are softened as tribal members emerge from the "jungle" with a stronger appreciation for the talents of their tribal brothers and sisters.

Survivor Adventure will strengthen your tribe's leadership, problem solving, trust & communication skills.
