We offer Strap on your favorite adventure gear, a playful spirit and a smile. We're taking off on the Adventure Challenge. The Adventure Challenge is a dynamic series of group challenge initiatives, interactive games and role playing that will take your team to a more dynamic, unified and motivated level. Team members are challenged to call upon and develop their leadership, decision making, creative and communication skills. | Low Ropes Training Each of our Facilitators has extensive experience in ropes training and psychology and will assist in maintaining the program objectives. In order to determine your goals, we recommend a pre-program consultation meeting between Activit!es' Director of Training and your company's management. We will then design a course to meet your objectives. During the event, the trainer will outline the objectives, review the chosen initiatives with the group and explain how they relate to their personal and professional lives.

| Pirate's Cove It's a race across the Caribbean, and the object is to accumulate as much wealth as possible in a limited amount of time using limited resources. Each team of players has a ship that can carry 1700kg and an expense account of $1700 to sail from the continent to Pirate's Cove in search of treasure. Along the way, they have to battle hurricanes, high and low tides, friendly and unfriendly islanders, as well as the perils of the "Triangle of Despair." Crews have to plan for food and fuel usage, allow for spoilage, and decide whether to spend money or rope or flares. Faced with the challenge of outplaying their opponents and meeting deadlines, the crews must balance fast action and reaction with levelheaded thinking.

| Rocket Science
In two hours, participants have to bring a new product to market. There are several "worlds" in this outdoor simulation, each with its own work area. Raw material must be gathered from two remote worlds in the solar system and must then be genetically altered on two other worlds. These four worlds are connected to the senior management planet by middle managers and walkie-talkies.

| Sand Sculpting "We are a newlywed royal couple and are in the market for a new castle. We are seeking a home of unequalled beauty; one which is the envy of our "nouveau-royale" friends. We must have the following; 20 windows, 3 turrets, 5 doorways, 2 flying buttresses, a mote and a magnificent entrance. Of course, we love surprises too. Oh, by the way…it must be built out of SAND." How can sand sculpting help us work smarter, break down organizational
silos and evaluate our strategic plan? Watch as we turn sand sculpting
into a learning laboratory. You will be exploring, identifying and rehearsing
your key organizational issues: planning, leadership, roles, core competencies
and delivery. You will then apply lessons learned to help you do your
work better, be more efficient, improve revenues and customer service.
Are you up for the task?

The "O-Challenge" combines the skills of orienteering with the problem solving of team initiatives. It is an outdoor program that takes place on large grounds, preferably wooded. The group is divided into teams. Before them is a course with a number of control points. Each control point will be worth a set number of points that they will receive if they can find it and bring back the appropriate proof. Along the way there are also four team challenges, which can add points to the teams total if they accomplish the set goals. These challenges require more sophisticated and complicated team coordination to accomplish. The entire program revolves around the themes of building morale, teamwork
and communication. It will give the participants an excellent opportunity
to get to know each other better, to work towards specific goals and to
have fun together. Each team will receive a "prize" that is
based on team values and not simply on winning. Sportsmanship, team spirit,
camaraderie, and the like will be the criteria.

| Worlds Apart To sustain life on your home planet, you have to manage the temperature, stockpile enough vegetables and air, and protect your world from attacks. Since some planets will feel the effects of the change sooner than others, some planets will need to be prepared sooner than others. And the change will affect some planets far more drastically—just as major change does in real-world organizations.
